“When I lived in Ireland for half a year as an exchange student I learned that I really enjoy spending time with children and caring for them because my host parents had small grandchildren that I often took care of and currently I spend time with a 9-year old boy once a week, which brings me a lot of joy as well. This is why I decided that I would like to do something with children after I finish my A-Levels. Since I also want to see more of the world and especially get to know Canada and the culture there, I‘ve been thinking about becoming an Au-pair to live with a family in a new culture and care for their children.”
